We are eager to facilitate all our guests’ needs from start to finish. In order to help us achieve this however, it is important that guests with any disability or mobility requirements contact us in advance to explain how best we can work to accommodate them during their stay.

We will always aim to provide reasonable adjustments where appropriate and possible, however the historical and practical nature of our building can present challenges. Therefore any prior knowledge we have will ensure that we are better placed to be able to accommodate guests and make reasonable adjustments.

As we refurbish we have, and will continue to, improve accessibility as and where practically reasonable within the footprint of our building.
