Not only do we have two fantastic restaurants, we are also in a very central location with the main street in Fort William only being a few minutes’ walk from our hotel. As well as having two tasty restaurants we also offer a large and comfortable bar and several individual lounge areas to enjoy. You’ll also find we offer a gluten free menu and all guests who are staying with us at the Alexandra will receive a 10% off voucher for their food when booking directly with Strathmore Hotels. THE BISTRO
A relaxed and comfortable setting serving up delicious food daily from a tasty and filling lunch, quick bite, or a relaxing evening meal, The Bistro has a menu to suit. Our menus offer a variety of options so even the fussiest of eaters will find something to tickle their taste buds. Wherever we can, we use local produce from hearty steaks from Lochaber Larder to delicious seafood landed at the west coast port of Mallaig.

Start the day off with a full Scottish breakfast from the buffet in our bright restaurant. Then, at the end of the day, sit down to a 3-course table d’hote set menu in the evening or choose one of the dishes from the daily specials board accompanied by a superb selection of wine on offer to compliment your meal perfectly.
